Milka is a healthcare leader with public and private sector experience as a pharmacist and a pharmaceutical executive. She started her career at Roche in sales and marketing roles, continued at Astellas as Senior Product Manager, Business unit Director (Hospital), and Head of Marketing and New Product Planning. She led the creation of the Innovation and Solutions team and Department at Biogen and is currently Head of Marketing, Dupixent Dermatology at Sanofi.
She brings diverse experience from commercial, innovation and digital health roles in primary care and specialty care diseases such as oncology, urology, neurology and immunology.
Milka is passionate about discovering, commercializing and marketing innovative health products and solutions that benefit patients, healthcare providers and ultimately society.
