Angela Pettipiere

Angela Pettipiere is a dynamic professional with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact within the pharmaceutical industry. Her career spanning 20+ years with 18 years at Bayer, showcases her exceptional abilities in driving transformative initiatives, building high-performing teams, and delivering outstanding results.

Angela has a breadth of experience across many areas including analytics, digital innovation, and various leadership roles in Sales & Marketing, in Women’s Health, Oncology and Cardiovascular business units, which has garnered various high-performance awards.

Angela has an Honours BSc from the University of Guelph, a Mini MBA Executive Course from McGill and a Leadership Certificate from the University of Waterloo.

She is also passionate about inclusion and diversity and has recently completed a 2-year term as a leadership member of Bayer’s resource group for women’s equity. Angela lives in Guelph with her husband and two sons.
