Patient Experience Lead

Morgan has been in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years, working in various capacities in patient services, patient access, and sales & marketing. He is currently the Patient Experience Lead, Neurology and Rare Disease, at UCB, and has held previous roles in specialty sales and patient services for rare disease, at Takeda.

He is passionate about creating inclusive environments that welcome all backgrounds and perspectives to allow for stronger partnerships and innovations in healthcare with patients at the centre.

Morgan has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business with dual specializations in business strategy and brand management, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Human Physiology from the University of Windsor. He is currently based in Toronto with his wife and two daughters.
