Manoj leads the Omnichannel & Digital Engagement line of business for IQVIA in Canada. With more than 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences industry, Manoj is a digital transformation leader who has led several large-scale digital health and marketing engagements globally. His expertise is focussed on developing digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and experience.
Prior to joining IQVIA, Manoj led the commercial strategy and launch of Canada’s largest digital health patient portal platform at Life Labs. His areas of expertise include digital innovation, customer engagement, product strategy and launch, and digital marketing.
Manoj has a background in life sciences and digital health with a Masters degree in Biochemistry from Dalhousie University and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Toronto.
