Manoj leads the Omnichannel & Digital engagement line of business in Canada. Based out of the Toronto office, Manoj has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and life sciences industry.
Prior to joining IQVIA, Manoj led the commercial strategy and launch of Canada’s largest digital health patient portal platform at LifeLabs. Manoj has a strong background in Life sciences and Digital health with a Masters degree in Biochemistry from Dalhousie University and Masters in Health Administration from the University of Toronto. Manoj is a digital transformation leader with significant experience working in the healthcare and pharma industry where he has led several large-scale digital health engagements. His expertise is focussed on developing digital strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement/experience.
