Patrice Roy

National Associate Sales Director

Patrice holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in international marketing from Laval University. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for twenty years, both in primary care and specialty business. Patrice began his career at Novartis, climbing the sales and marketing ‘ladder’ up to director level in primary care. In 2012, he decided to become a sales leader at Janssen. In 2015, he had a unique opportunity to build his own team, working in nephrology at Otsuka Canada. Since that time, he and his team have launched three products in nephrology, with several others to come. He is passionate about sales and marketing strategy, coaching and leadership. Patrice believes that the pandemic has helped to re-align and re-design sales within pharma by bringing more value to customers, improving patients’ health.
