Alexandra Baird is the owner and founder of Orangutan Inc., a data-driven digital advertising agency based out of Toronto.
Orangutan works with clients across a wide variety of verticals, with a particular focus on pharma. Past and current clients include AbbVie, Virgin Mobile, Aviva Insurance, Allergan, Abbott Diabetes, Novo Nordisk, CAPREIT, Walmart Photo Centre, Medic Alert Canada and DANIER Leather.
A seasoned expert in paid social media, search, display and video, Alex brings 20+ years of experience to the field, including work in diabetes, cancer, rare disease, obesity, dementia and mental health. Alex was responsible for the digital campaigns for the Canadian Ozempic launch, which featured the first ever Canadian campaign targeting HCPs on LinkedIn.
Alex is a graduate of Queen’s University and a former lecturer at the University of Toronto. When not geeking out online, she can be found playing hockey or portaging her canoe to parts unknown.
