Inessa is currently the Patient Services Lead at Takeda where she leads a team overseeing the operations across GI, Oncology and Rare Disease. Her experience in technology consulting as well as her various roles within the pharmaceutical industry allows her to identify opportunities to enhance the customer and patient experience as well as appreciate the impact decisions have on customers and patients.
