Feroz has a strong grounding in business strategy. He has a facility for conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, for distilling the essential points from various information sources to inform strategy, and for engaging stakeholders while leading business-critical projects. Feroz’s work experience and skill set are supported by an academic career that spans both science and business, making him adept at speaking the languages of both disciplines.
Feroz is currently a Marketing Manager for Lilly Canada. Feroz brings diverse pharmaceutical industry experience having worked previously in Market Access as well as in Medical functions. Before Lilly, Feroz was a strategy consultant with the Sixsense Strategy Group, where he advised pharmaceutical organizations on marketing and medical affairs projects, particularly using customer insights from advisory boards that he designed and led. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, Feroz conducted basic scientific research as a graduate and post-graduate researcher, with several publications in high impact journals and presentations at international conferences. Feroz has a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto and a Healthcare-focused MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
