Dr. Zelovitzky began her unique career in health care when she earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration through the New York Institute of Technology. Upon completing her degree, however, she realized her true passion lies in the direct care of patients. She was accepted into the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine at McMaster University, where she earned her M.D, followed by the family medicine residency program at the University of Toronto.
Since the completion of her residency, Dr. Zelovitzky has continued to develop her clinical skills through her work at the Immigrant Women’s Health Centre of Toronto and in her community family practice. These experiences have contributed to her strong focus on preventative care.
When she is not working, Dr. Zelovitzky loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and 3 dogs.
