Senior Director, Data Science and Analytics

Ashley Fitzgerald is the Senior Director of Data Science & Analytics within the strategy team at Appnovation. She brings over a decade of data experience, building analytics teams and creating bespoke analytics solutions for clients. Successfully navigating through highly regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device Manufacturing, she brings with her a wealth of knowledge, having also worked across verticals such as CPG, financial services, and the automotive sector.

At Appnovation, Ashley oversees and monitors all data analytics activities and leads the research, development, and implementation of relevant data systems. Working with clients like Pfizer and AstraZeneca, Ashley has been integral to increasing visibility into patient and HCP journeys and driving adherence. She understands the importance of data-driven decision making, and uses her knowledge and expertise to help clients build infrastructure to enable the utilization of advanced analytics to drive business objectives.

Prior to joining Appnovation, Ashley worked at Becton Dickenson, developing analytics for the rapid covid test, Veritor. Half of Ashley’s career was spent working within WPP on the agency side, and she also built analytics practices at the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia and Goldman Sachs.
