- A leader in the pharmaceutical industry, Aldona has a proven track record of excellence in biotechnology and primary care medicine. Her experience includes therapeutic areas such as neurology, immunology, endocrinology and women’s health with companies from Bayer to UCB over the span of more than 20 years. Aldona’s most recent success is the launch of an innovative biologic in dermatology, where her Canadian team outperformed other affiliates from across the globe.
- Aldona’s commitment to community and people leadership goes beyond her current role. She is active as a member of the DiTide Taskforce, UCB Women in Leadership, Women Leaders in Pharma, Ontario Pharmaceutical Marketing Association and UCB DE&I Leadership Team.
- Aldona has presented to the Pangaea Pharmaceutical Marketing program and Schulich School of Business.
- Aldona started her career in television news, working at TVOntario and Citytv. She worked with several pharmaceutical advertising agencies before jumping to the client side in various medical education, sales and marketing roles. Aldona completed her degree in Broadcast Journalism at Toronto Metropolitan University.
